Privacy Policy

InsightAI is designed to be deployed within customer-controlled environments, including on-premises infrastructure or private cloud environments.

• Customer data is processed within infrastructure managed by the customer, subject to their security and governance controls.
• InsightAI does not require customer content to be transmitted to InsightAI-operated systems for core platform functionality.

Depending on deployment configuration, InsightAI may process limited administrative information necessary to provide the service, such as:

• Account and contact information for authorized users
• Deployment metadata for licensing, updates, and support
• Operational or diagnostic logs, as configured by the customer

Customer content (including documents, prompts, queries, and AI outputs) remains under customer control and is not accessed by InsightAI except where explicitly authorized for support purposes.

InsightAI does not use customer data to train public or shared AI models. Customer data is used solely to provide the services configured by the customer.

InsightAI is designed to support customer compliance efforts related to data protection regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC 2. Customers remain responsible for configuring the platform in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The InsightAI marketing website (insightai.pro) uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js) to understand how visitors interact with the site. This includes pages visited, clicks on key actions (such as "Try now"), and form submission outcomes.

• No personal information is sent to analytics — names, email addresses, and form message content are never included in any tracking event.
• Consent Mode v2 is implemented. Analytics storage is denied by default and only activated after you grant consent.
• Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics. You may opt out at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• The admin panel at insightai.pro is explicitly excluded from all analytics collection.
